The Director ensures operational alignment with the Service Center’s strategic goals, driving performance, efficiency, compliance, and innovation. Additionally, this role builds and maintains a strong partnership with the Director of Contact Center Support to ensure contact center priorities align to operational needs without duplicating operational ownership.

The Premium Audit Reviewer is responsible for accurately reviewing, entering, updating, and maintaining premium audit information within the Policy Administration System (PAS). This role supports the Premium Audit team by ensuring audit results are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and industry standards. At the advanced level, the role provides additional support by handling more complex audits, including Specialty and Argent, and contributing to reporting and process improvement initiatives.

In this highly detail-oriented role, you will manage billing and collection activities by reviewing overdue policyholder accounts, coordinating audits, communicating with debtors and third parties, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate records while adapting to ongoing change.  There is no outbound calling in this opportunity and limited inbound calls.
