As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our Personal Lines Product team. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who has established them self as a self-starter & driven. You will be provided with the tools, training, and support to succeed in your role and there are numerous opportunities given to you to advance in your field.
This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week). Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.
Works closely with all members of the Personal Lines team to provide support for the profit and growth strategies of the Personal Lines product(s). Assists the Product Managers in the development of recommended changes to rates, coverages, and underwriting position based on an analysis of key competitors, performance metrics, and the Personal Lines market. This role will also act as a key data resource for the Personal Lines team.

The salary range for this position is $84,114 – $110,400.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
