Responsibilities & Qualifications

As a key player in our design process, you will work closely with cross-functional development teams, UX/UI peers, and product management to gather requirements based on business and technical specifications. You’ll take these insights to craft intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using the latest design tools. You will collaborate to ensure the technical feasibility of all UX/UI designs, while producing responsive and accessible layouts that meet user needs.

 

Strong communication is essential. You’ll visually articulate your design concepts through sketches, wireframes, and presentations, adapting your approach for stakeholders at all levels. You will clearly convey your vision, helping to drive innovation and create seamless, user-focused digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

 

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Proficiency in UX/UI Design Tools: Experience with industry-standard design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and designs.
  • Responsive and Accessible Design: Ability to create designs that are both responsive across various devices and platforms, and compliant with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work in cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating complex design concepts to non-designers, including stakeholders and developers.
  • Front-End Development Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Preferred Education and Training

  • Working towards a Bachelor or Associate degree with an emphasis in one of the following:
    • Computer Science
    • Graphic, Interactive or Visual design
