Summary of Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units to track the organization's progress against financial goals
• Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making
• Analyzes expenditures, revenue, depreciation and investments using key metrics to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls
• Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Assists with developing automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Strong Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, formulas)
• Sound analytical abilities
• Knowledge of financial systems, ex. OneStream or Hyperion

Preferred Education and Training

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPCU or other insurance designations

**This position will be onsite at our West Bend, WI corporate office with a possibility of a hybrid schedule in the future
