Job Summary

The IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance team at West Bend Insurance Company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to play a crucial role in maintaining our organization's adherence to regulatory standards. Your proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Power BI will be essential in collecting, aggregating, and visualizing compliance data.  Experience with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow and log aggregators like Splunk are a plus.  This position emphasizes Azure DevOps administration and the visualization of testing results, offering a challenging yet rewarding environment where your technical skills will shine. "This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with in-person collaboration. This role can be based out of our West Bend or Madison offices. Fully remote candidates will not be considered at this time."

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Administration of Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards for project management across the organization.
  • Use Microsoft Power BI to create reports and dashboards that visualize compliance and related data.
  • Ensure that the organization and its information systems comply with relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Assist with the development and implementation of IT compliance policies and standards.
  • Test various systems and process and conduct IT compliance assessments to identify and log risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Information Security and Internal Audit, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices to ensure continued compliance.
  • Identify and report compliance violations and make recommendation for corrective actions.
  • Help educate employees on IT compliance policies and procedures.
  • Test and validate changes to IT systems to ensure they comply with established policies and standards.
