Job Summary

The Sales Support Technician will ensure that agents are properly licensed and handle agency changes efficiently. This role is crucial helping us stay compliant with state requirements.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

**This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI.  No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time. 

  • Provides support for the sales function.
  • Assists Regional Sales Managers in gathering and sending requested data and material.
  • Assists the Sales Coordinator with agent licensing, contract revisions and agency transfers.
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations for meetings/seminars.
  • Prioritizes, responds to, and flags incoming phone calls, email messages and mail.
  • Assists with administrative needs of Directors of Sales and VP of Sales.
  • May assist with administrative needs of VP -Commercial Lines and VP - Personal Lines & Marketing.


Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Data entry skills
  • Knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Office
  • Great interpersonal skills


Preferred Education and Training

  • High school diploma
  • Associate in General Insurance designation
