Job Summary

We are growing at West Bend! The Vendor Management Team is looking for a Vendor Financial Analyst. This role will analyze vendor costs, pricing structures, and provide general support for West Bend’s third-party invoices. A summary of responsibilities includes invoice reconciliation, spend analysis, expense forecasting, and researching financial related questions for third-party vendors. Responsibilities & Qualifications

**This position offers a hybrid work scheduleCandidates who are located within 50 miles of the West Bend, WI will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. 

 

  • Perform various financial related tasks to assist in the support of West Bend’s third-party vendors.
  • Help with gathering all necessary information to onboard new third-party vendors.
  • Ensure vendor invoices match contractual terms and purchase orders.
  • Partners with internal contract owners and external vendors to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies.
  • Works closely with the internal budget owners to assist with budget planning and forecasting contract related expenses. Analyzes vendor costs and pricing structures.
  • Ensures accurate financial reporting related to vendors and vendor spend.
  • Maximizes efficiency by continually looking for ways to streamline enterprise processes related to processing payments to third-party vendors.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between internal budget owners and Vendor Management for all financial related questions.
  • Execute additional projects as assigned. 

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business, finance, vendor or contract management, or compliance related role
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform tasks autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Comfortable with role ambiguity and working outside of a defined process
  • Ability to continuously seek improvement, whether with self or with processes
  • Approachable with strong listening skills

 

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
