Loss Control Representative I

• Conduct physical surveys, investigate risk exposures/accidents, analyze risk experience and make recommendations to assist insureds in maintain their loss control programs.
• Review and process vendor surveys.
• Development of Loss Control resources.
• Consult with underwriters to determine account and risk acceptability.
• Provide verbal and written correspondence to underwriting.

This position is an in-office role located in West Bend or Madison, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time. 

• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact professionally with policyholders via phone, virtual and written communications
• Comfortable working independently
• 1+ years of experience in a Loss Control Representative or safety related position
• Knowledge of MS Suite/computer skills
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Loss Control, Safety, Insurance or related field
• Associate in General Insurance designation
