Responsibilities & Qualifications

This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time. 

 

The internal deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 9th. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.

 

Supervises the daily operations of the Business Support department. Proposes, promotes, and coordinates efficiency through standardization, process improvements, and work simplification. Collaborates with other business unit leads actively pursuing opportunities for process consolidation and efficiency. Oversees and maintains expert knowledge of incoming/outgoing mail, prepping and scanning and Home & Hwy. assembly processes. Ensures compliance with business unit service level agreements. Position is a working supervisor with authority over selection and training of personnel and initiation of personnel actions such as salary adjustments, performance, promotions, etc.

 

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 1-3 years supervisory or leadership experience
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and proficiency
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Organizational skills
