This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations.  Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule.  Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events. 

Are you passionate about driving quality and consistency in claims handling? We're looking for a dedicated professional to support our Claims Quality Assurance Team in ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures.

In this role, you’ll:

• Coordinate audit file deployment across multiple lines of business

• Conduct performance reviews and deliver actionable feedback to improve claim outcomes

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align quality efforts with business needs

• Deliver training and calibration for new quality reviewers

• Serve as a subject matter expert, support new hire onboarding, and partner with the training team on content development and facilitation

• Provide technical guidance on moderately complex coverage issues

• Prepare reports, complete ad hoc audits, and contribute to special projects

Preferred Experience and Skills

• A minimum of three years of experience in claims auditing
• A minimum of eight years of property in-office claims handling and field adjusting
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and current industry standards
• Leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, train, and develop others
• Ability to work closely with others and make objective decisions in a professional manner
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality
• Ability to focus on accuracy, evaluate data, and identify performance trends
• Extensive insurance knowledge combined with effective communication skills to interpret and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Proficient with Xactimate (estimating software) and other current technology
• Prior experience managing complex files, including large loss claims, in both personal and commercial lines of business

Preferred Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Business, or related field
• Insurance Designations: CPCU, Associates in General Insurance, Associate in Claims
