In this role, you’ll specialize in handling Teleprocessing calls from agents requesting policy changes, or DirectConnect calls that create new first notices of loss. You’ll guide every caller with clear, friendly, and jargon-free support. You’ll also process tasks in our work queue to help us meet our service level goals — and jump in on other projects as needed. Training: 8:00am-4:30pm
Schedule After Training would be:
9:00am-5:30pm November-March, flexing to 10:00am-6:30pm March-November due to Daylight Savings time change
This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) may work hybrid (3 days/office) or remote. Candidates who are fully remote may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.
Summary of Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, specializing in either handling Teleprocessing calls from agents requesting policy changes or DirectConnect calls from policyholders, agents, and claimants reporting new first notices of loss. Provide clear, jargon-free guidance and assistance to all callers. Process related tasks in the work queue to meet established service level agreements. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The hourly range for this position is $19.50-$24.00.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
