The Loss Control Representative I position offers a fantastic entry point into the field of safety and risk management. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience from the ground up, working directly with insured clients to help identify and mitigate potential risks. As you grow in your career, there may be opportunities to manage your own territory—potentially in a different state—making this an ideal role for someone open to travel and long-term development.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule after training. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in Madison or West Bend.
