Job Summary

As an auto express or property intern, you will review and analyze policies to verify ‎coverage, establish reserves, and settle claims for less complex losses. Other responsibilities ‎‎will include contacting customers to explain coverage, settling customer claims and contributing to ‎the high customer service results within the claims department. You will also assist various ‎claims teams following catastrophe storms.‎

Work Location

This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.

 

 

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communications or insurance related field
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Effective problem solving skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Able to comprehend and utilize various computer programs
