Our internship program offers students a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build valuable relationships, and develop essential skills while contributing to projects that support our mission and values. From day one, interns are empowered to make meaningful contributions and participate in professional development programming designed to prepare them for future success.
This summer internship is tailored for college students entering their senior year who are interested in pursuing a career in the insurance industry. Interns will receive training in our product lines and gain exposure to real-world underwriting practices.
This position is an in-office role located in Madison, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.
The role will assist in operations such as quoting new business, processing renewals, and contributing to various underwriting projects that impact profitability. The program also offers a broad view of our organization through cross-functional experiences with departments such as Claims, Loss Control, Accounting and Sales.
