Work Location

This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events.  The position can be based in West Bend, Madison, or Appleton.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Codes and develops software applications. Works as part of a development team on the design and implementation of software applications. Conducts requirement analysis, produces design documents on proposed solutions, and delivers consistent, test-covered, high quality code in a timely fashion. Supports and maintains internal, cloud, and 3rd party based solutions. Recommends and completes product revisions or enhancements based on feedback. Develops and maintains documentation as required. Anticipates and mitigates potential security threats. Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $123,659 - $154,574.
  
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
