The Business Support Technician II performs support and administrative tasks for multiple business units. Duties may include data entry, mail, printing, scanning, policy distribution, and content extraction. Demonstrates effective knowledge of multiple functions while adhering to established processes and procedures. Applies advanced skills and may adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet special needs. Duties and tasks are varied and moderately complex. Works under occasional supervision and may be responsible for training new associates. Exhibits familiarity with all daily operations of a specialized area.

· 3+ years experience in an office, administrative, or operational support role preferred

Education
· High school diploma or equivalent
The hourly range for this position is $17.89 - $22.36
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
