The Director of Contact Center provides strategic leadership for the West Bend Service Center’s contact center operations, overseeing teams across claims, personal lines, and commercial enterprise. This role is responsible for positioning the contact center as a growth engine by leveraging customer insights to drive retention, loyalty, and cross-sell opportunities. The Director ensures operational alignment with the Service Center’s strategic goals, driving performance, efficiency, compliance, and innovation. Additionally, this role builds and maintains a strong partnership with the Director of Contact Center Support to ensure contact center priorities align to operational needs without duplicating operational ownership.

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Advisor drives the people side of strategic change by designing and executing change strategies that accelerate adoption and reduce resistance. This role partners closely with business leaders, product owners, HR, and communications teams to align people, processes, and culture with enterprise transformation goals. The OCM Lead ensures change initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, and sustained to achieve desired business outcomes.

The Sourcing Analyst supports West Bend's enterprise vendor management function by enabling and executing contract and vendor lifecycle activities, including contract negotiations, sourcing events, lifecycle governance, and commercial and pricing analysis.  This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure vendor and contract management processes are consistent, data-driven, and aligned with enterprise objectives.  The Sourcing Analyst applies analytical, commercial, and negotiation expertise to support effective vendor selection, contract outcomes, and ongoing vendor performance in alignment with enterprise standards and governance.

The Premium Audit Reviewer is responsible for accurately reviewing, entering, updating, and maintaining premium audit information within the Policy Administration System (PAS). This role supports the Premium Audit team by ensuring audit results are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and industry standards. At the advanced level, the role provides additional support by handling more complex audits, including Specialty and Argent, and contributing to reporting and process improvement initiatives.

In this highly detail-oriented role, you will manage billing and collection activities by reviewing overdue policyholder accounts, coordinating audits, communicating with debtors and third parties, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate records while adapting to ongoing change.  There is no outbound calling in this opportunity and limited inbound calls.

The Loss Control Specialist serves as an internal expert within the Transportation industry, ensuring high quality risk assessments, data collection, and analysis.
