In this role, you’ll specialize in handling calls from agents requesting policy changes, routing calls throughout the organization or entering new first report of claims. This role involves evaluating coverage, assessing liability and damages, estimating damages, negotiating settlements, and mentoring team members while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with audit standards.
Analyzes and interprets insurance data to support ratemaking, pricing, and reserving decisions. Develops and maintains statistical reports, recommends rate changes, and provides data-driven justification for company filings and business planning.

Our Claims Specialist manages disputed or litigated insurance claims, investigates facts, works with legal counsel, and negotiates settlements to resolve claims efficiently and in compliance with company and legal standards.
