We’re looking for a Property Claims Adjuster to independently manage complex CL & PL property claims from investigation through resolution. This role involves evaluating coverage, assessing liability and damages, estimating damages, negotiating settlements, and mentoring team members while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with audit standards.
Provide expert legal counsel on complex coverage matters, guiding claims and underwriting teams with clear, practical advice. Conduct legal research, support policy form development, and help shape innovative coverage solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor, and representative of West Bend in both professional and community settings.
Our Claims Specialist manages disputed or litigated insurance claims, investigates facts, works with legal counsel, and negotiates settlements to resolve claims efficiently and in compliance with company and legal standards.
